WETTER-- Tax Partner Dick has over thirty years of experience in all areas of individual, corporate, partnership, estate and fiduciary taxation including tax planning and consultation and preparation and review of tax returns. The clients he services include sole proprietorships, partnerships, including limited liability companies and corporations including extensive work with medical groups and practice, nonprofit organizations, professional sport franchises and professional athletes. Dick was recognized by Money Magazine as one of the best tax practitioners in the United States. His tax experience includes consulting on acquisitions, mergers, liquidations and sales of businesses, implementation of alternative tax accounting methods such as LIFO and adoption of employee benefit programs. He also worked with individuals relocating to the Western New York area from other areas. His experience also includes extensive tax representation service before agent and appeals levels of the Internal Revenue Service.
